Just an update for those on the fence. I’ve been signed up with Social Agent Broker Edition for exactly 2 months now. I have 114 leads total, 3 contracts, 1 offer out, showing homes to 4 clients this week and next and have 38 leads that are engaged and responding.
By far better results than I have received in the past with other lead gen companies!

I have been apart of the group for quite some time and I made the jump to Social Agent Broker Edition because my thoughts are that it would give me more time to focus on clients and not have to worry about the management of the ads.. constant changes and something getting shut off and not realizing it for a few days etc... many reasons I decided to join Social Agent Broker Edition but it has been 3 full days, 10 leads and 3 of which have expressed a lot of interest and I haven't had to do much but send some homes real quick and I have everything I need about them thanks to Social Agent Broker Edition to easily convert them and tha'ts ONLY hours-3 days of follow up.

I got leads, but as a single agent working buyers, I was not good at launching new ads or even the follow up because I got busy with other business.
